The white paper, written by Chris Coles, Kura’s Operations Director, provides lots of detail on what PSVAR is, why school transport is now in scope and why non compliance is a criminal offence. It also explores how this criminal liability may not just apply to the operator but also to the organisation who procures the transport, and even to those managing vehicles on parent led routes.
