Location – Head Office Maidenhead, Berkshire / Home Working / with UK travel to meet clients as required

Reporting line – Head of Corporate Services

Salary – Up to £27,000 + £10,000 OTE commission and bonus scheme (uncapped)

The Role

This role will be responsible for the development of corporate and school trip accounts within our corporate/school customer base. Also securing new business via responding to inbound enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

•Account Management – activities to include:

  • Hold strategic meetings with accounts to elevate partnership
  • Identification of potential new opportunities within accounts
  • Selling Kura product and services
  • Pipeline management
  • CRM administration (customer data maintenance)

•Inbound Sales – activities to include:

  • Pricing transport requirements for enquiries
  • Closing new business opportunities
  • Ensuring all processes are followed when securing and handing over sales
  • Progress inbound enquiries into customer accounts

Marketing activities to include:

  • Support on campaign design, focus and implementation

•Internal liaison with the Operations Team – activities to include:

  • Regular contact with the Operator Engagement team to ensure the successfulplacement of jobs
  • Ongoing support for query resolution

•Any other duties as required from time to time

The Person

Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience of working within the transport sector and has sales experience, alternatively a driven candidate looking to pursue a career in sales and account management would be considered. The candidate must show high levels of self motivation and a determination to succeed.

• Interest in, and be comfortable with, selling transport solutions
• Be happy to ‘get stuck in’ when required
