The role will cover responsibility for creating new and exciting content for multiple channels including the ridekura.com website, LinkedIn, email and press releases. Articles and content pieces should be optimised to support the SEO keyword strategy whilst also providing being engaging for the target audiences outlined. Content subjects will range from new technology features of the Kura apps to interviews with department heads, managers and staff as well as customers and partners.
You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to gain the information needed to provide substance to stories, as well as working with our PR Agency partner to coordinate their distribution.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Excellent creative, written and communication skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritise, be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and adaptable. Ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders both inside and outside the business. The ideal candidate will have experience writing and adapting content for multiple channels. Experience with blogging, SEO, and video interviews desired.
Education – Bursars and Transport Managers at UK independent schools.
Corporate – Senior HR, Operations or Sustainability contacts in UK Construction, Hospitality, Retail or Distribution companies.
Partners – Senior management within a range of Kura transport or technology partners
WAYS OF WORKING
The successful candidate will not be required to work every weekday. Structure will follow planned delivery and revision dates to meet content schedule. Flexibility will be required to fit in with school, company or partner diaries for conducting interviews and requesting signoff.
