Booking via the App
All bookings for the 2023/24 year will be made via the Kura App. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions available here, please ensure you read these before proceeding.
Parents/guardians accept that bookings are for the entire school year. However, some flexibility will be offered up to 31st August while after-school activities are confirmed.
For existing users, the booking window for 2023/24 travel will open on Tuesday, 11th July 2023, and close on Monday, 31st July 2023.
For new users, the booking window for 2023/24 travel will open on Tuesday, 11th July 2023 at 12:00 and close on Monday, 31st July 2023. New users of the service will receive an email inviting them to create a Kura account as the window opens. As Kura is strictly by invite only please do not download the app prior to receiving your invitation email as you will not be able to view any information.
Should you have not received this email, please email [email protected] providing the students’ full name, the full name of any parents/guardians that require access to the app, and a contact number and email for each parent/guardian. Kura will confirm these details with The Glasgow Academy, and add the new users to Kura. You will then receive an invite email to set up an account on Kura, download the Kura App, and make your bookings for the year.

Start your journey
For existing parents, students or staff. Shortly prior to service commencement, you will receive a Welcome Email with your secure, unique Link code allowing you to access the app.
