How are we performing?

Service Summary Autumn term Sept - Dec 2023

The Kura Team are working every school day from 6AM until the last bus has dropped off on the PM runs to identify drivers are logged in to the app – ensuring you receive accurate tracking. The team will also look for any issues and provide updates to those parents affected as soon as possible.

Kura are commited to transparency. We track our performance to make meaningful improvements to our services. We want to be upfront with you about our service performance, below you’ll find data on our key metrics of arrival time to first stop and arrival time to the School in both the AM and PM. Particular attention will always be given to delays that affect the registration period and impact students’ learning day.

Morning First Stop Arrival by route

A key metric for Kura teams to ensure routes start on time to ensure they can run as closely to the expected timetable as possible. Kura measures drivers against this metric and identifies and resolves issues to maintain or improve performance.

Morning arrival at School

This metric allows Kura teams to identify any trends or issues affecting individual routes. Our teams use this metric in combination with roadwork and traffic data to introduce improvements or reroute where specific areas at issue are identified.

Afternoon arrival at School

A key metric for Kura teams to ensure afternoon routes start on time and ensure they run as closely to the expected timetable as possible. Kura measures drivers against this metric and identifies and resolves issues to maintain or improve performance.
