The Role

The role will be responsible for the growth, development and retention of key customers within our Corporate sector. This is a vital role in the organisation that ensures we deliver the best service for the customer while at the same time ensuring the company is benefitting profitably.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To act as the lead point of contact for all enquiries specific to your customer portfolio
  • Primarily service outbound and inbound calls and enquiries though consultative selling and building relationships and trust with your customers
  • Ensuring all inbound leads are properly quoted for in line with our sales processes
  • To ensure that all inbound opportunities are developed into relationships, establishing rapport and understanding customer needs so that the outcome is repeat bookings.
  • Negotiate and close long term committed contracts with your customers
  • Build long-lasting relationships with your key accounts to help maximise their turnover and profitability
  • Reach agreed monthly/annual sales and margin targets
  • Development of account plans for each key customer
  • Development and growth of dormant accounts
  • Expand the list of active contacts in line with growth strategy
  • CRM administration (customer data maintenance)
  • Contract administration including associated documents for additional work and projects
  • Creation of bespoke contracts that are also viable for our operators
  • Producing client invoices strictly in adherence to company procedures
  • Upselling & Cross selling the full Kura portfolio of products and services
  • Provision of product demos remotely and on-site
  • The provision of high-quality implementation briefs to Projects & Implementation, Service Delivery and Procurement
  • Ongoing support for query resolution and supplier communication as appropriate
  • Management and analysis of monthly MI for your customer portfolio
  • Consistently demonstrate and adhere to the brand values at all times
  • Any other duties as required from time to time

The Person

Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience of working with corporate customers and/or in the transport industry (although not essential). Proven experience of growing Key Accounts is essential. Key personal attributes include:

  • A target-oriented individual with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Able to demonstrate consistent performance against a broad and diverse customer portfolio
  • Comfortable operating at all levels within a company and able to adapt accordingly
  • Used to constraints and opportunities of a growing company
  • Be organised, able to prioritise, able to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, manage own time effectively, document key actions and follow up as appropriate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter and a people-person
  • Able to analyse data and translate in to sales opportunities/customer solutions
  • Extremely driven, proactive, resilient, persistent, ambitious, responsible and disciplined
