Kura, a technology platform for school transport, has partnered with St Mary’s School in Cambridge to revolutionize their transportation system and contribute to a healthier, cleaner, greener city.

By adopting shared school transport services, the school aims to reduce traffic and cut CO2 emissions. Kura’s cutting-edge app has significantly improved the school’s transport provision, offering parents peace of mind by enabling them to track their children’s bus journeys digitally. The service currently serves over 80 students traveling on 7 daily routes.

The new services have also facilitated safer and more efficient transportation, replacing outdated paper manifests with digital records. St Mary’s School plans to further enhance their transportation system using Kura’s technology, including NFC swipe cards and an app for booking, tracking, and receiving real-time updates about their child’s journey.
