Improvements to Wonde integration to make profile management easier

We have reworked the booking process to make it clearer and easier to select passengers’ travel schedules for admins

Unexpected journeys are easily identifiable via the exclamation mark icon in the passenger profile’s calendar view

Observer App

(Available in Connect & Unify Plans)

We’ve simplified the login screen, sign-up process and resetting of passwords to make it easier than ever for parents to access the app

Parents can now track unexpected journeys, so should their child board the wrong route they still have peace of mind

Tapping a notification now takes parents directly to the relevant journey tracking screen, speeding up access to important information

“Last updated time” is now displayed above the tracking map to indicate when a service has been out of signal and not updated for a period of time
