Kura is changing

Kura’s new vision is safer, greener, smarter travel for schools and businesses.

From 2021 we will no longer be targeting the leisure market, but focussing purely on increasing penetration of the education and corporate markets through offering superior technology and service. Kura’s new strategy means we will now go to market with one brand, Kura, and one web site – More importantly, it also means we intend to not compete with our operators but complement your proposition and help you grow your business.

Kura wants to transform its operator network nationwide into one unrivalled in the industry renowned for service delivery and satisfying customer requirements. The end goal being closer, stronger working relationships for mutual benefit.

Kura wants to

Work with the best local operators who can help us build mutually profitable long term relationships with schools and corporate customers

Create a new partnership approach that will improve the customer experience and reduce live service costs

Take joint ownership of day-to-day issues and improve customer satisfaction through better feedback on performance and driver training

Operator Resources

Kura operator procedures and driver guides

Kura will create a service level agreement with each operator, so that metrics and standards are understood by all parties before each contract commences.
